Commercial Printing

We acknowledge that a client’s brand carries its identity and needs to remain consistent across the various paper range it can be applied to, this also combined with the different printing processes means that monitoring is essential. Commencing with our pre-press and through to our presses we have a colour management system built in that monitors the colour on the run and automatically adjusts to keep each sheet consistent throughout the print run.

Whilst litho is still the most cost efficient method for longer runs we also cater for the short run high speed turnaround by using HP-Indigo digital presses, the press is colour calibrated to match the litho process and the finished product looks and feels identical to litho. Digital comes into its own for personalised colour documents.

To compliment the press room we have a full range of finishing services, covering standard saddle stitching and PUR binding, along with specialist foil blocking, laminating, die cutting and forme making services. This allows Creative Print Group to produce prototype samples of the finished article.

Data management is carried out alongside our mailing services, using both machine and hand inserting for the more complicated packs. We can use our own post book or mail out directly to the clients online account.

For items that need storage and distribution we have a full working dedicated facility allowing clients to use our ‘virtual warehouse’ software to view and call off stock as required.

Our commercial services really do allow the client a cradle to grave application of service, thus reducing the carbon footprint and enabling economies of scale.
